Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Painting Superintendent role based in Jubail. The Painting Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of painting projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising painting teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to project timelines, maintaining quality and safety standards, and managing the application of various coatings and finishes. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving to deliver projects to the client’s satisfaction and company standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Painting, Paint application, Spray Painting, and painting techniques Expertise in Coatings and a deep understanding of application standards and materials used in various industrial settings Proficiency in Painting and Decorating for commercial or industrial projects Proven ability to manage and supervise painting teams, ensuring quality and efficiency Attention to detail with a strong focus on safety regulations and procedures Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field is a plus Effective leadership and team management skills Prior experience in industrial painting projects is highly desirable
