Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT companies and System Integrators. Strong experience in Saudi market. Proven experience in managing sales teams, monitoring vendor performance, and developing sales personnel. A strong track record of consistently achieving annual sales quotas over multiple consecutive years. Strong and extensive relationships with clients in:Government entities Private sector Banking sector Large enterprises Experience in selling a wide range of technology solutions, including:Infrastructure solutions Software and application solutions Cloud and virtualization solutions Cybersecurity solutions (additional advantage) Digital transformation and business intelligence solutions Roles & Responsibilities Manage and develop the Central Region sales team and oversee achievement of their targets. Develop and implement the regional sales growth strategy. Manage the sales pipeline and control the full sales cycle. Enhance customer relationships and build long-term strategic partnerships. Measure performance, prepare periodic reports, and analyze sales results. Coordinate with presales and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and official events. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Core Skills Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate sales teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients & customers. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Deep understanding of the local market and government entities. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to prepare professional reports.
