Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Specialist to expand our client portfolio in the Kingdom. You will not be "recruiting"; rather, you will be identifying organizations undergoing transformation and selling our premium search methodology to their decision-makers.
Your primary objective is to build relationships with Board Members, CEOs, and CHROs, positioning our firm as their trusted partner for critical leadership hires.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Mapping & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients across key growth sectors in KSA (e.g., PIF portfolio companies, Giga-projects, Banking, Healthcare, Technology).
- Monitor news, IPO announcements, and executive moves to identify "trigger events" where leadership hiring is required.
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, industry events, and strategic cold outreach.
2. Client Acquisition & Consultative Selling
- Secure and conduct meetings with high-level stakeholders (C-Suite, Board Members, Heads of HR).
- Effectively pitch the value of Retained Executive Search vs. standard contingent recruitment.
- Diagnose client leadership challenges and propose tailored search solutions.
- Prepare and present world-class business proposals, fee structures, and service agreements.
3. Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the firm at high-profile networking events, conferences, and business forums in Riyadh/Jeddah.
4. Collaboration & Intelligence
- Work closely with the Delivery Team (Researchers and Consultants) to ensure sold mandates are realistic and deliverable.
- Feed market intelligence back to the firm regarding salary trends, talent shortages, and competitor activities in the KSA market.

Education & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Specific Preference: Experience selling Professional Services (Consulting, Legal, Advisory) or working within a Recruitment/Search agency is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape, Vision 2030 initiatives, and local corporate culture.
- Executive Presence: Ability to command a room and communicate confidently with C-level executives.
- Language:Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory. The ability to write professional business proposals in both languages is required.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and understanding of commercial contracts and fee structures.
- Resilience: Ability to manage long sales cycles typical of the executive search industry.
