Job Title: OSP (Outside Plant) Lead
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized OSP (Outside Plant) Lead to manage and oversee external telecommunications infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with technical expertise, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of OSP projects. This role requires hands-on experience in field operations, crew supervision, and telecom network implementation, particularly in Aramco projects.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and motivate OSP crews and field teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure all OSP projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members. Review, interpret, and validate engineering work orders, plans, and schematics. Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to determine optimal network routes, infrastructure layout, and construction solutions. Oversee all physical installation activities, including cable pulling, trenching, duct installation, splicing, and termination. Coordinate with clients, contractors, property owners, and regulatory/utility authorities for smooth project execution. Manage material procurement, track inventory, and ensure timely availability of project resources. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including red-lines, as-built drawings, daily reports, and site records. Monitor project KPIs, track progress, and prepare regular status reports for management.
Experience & Requirements:5–7 years of experience in OSP/telecommunications infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks, OSP construction methods, safety standards, and telecom infrastructure. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
