Job Title Full-Stack Developer (Frontend: Type Script – React / Next.js | Backend: Java Script – Node.js)
Role Overview We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer who can own and deliver product features end-to-end. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of business logic, writes clean and scalable code, and is comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, and basic cloud operations. This role focuses on building a real product, not just writing isolated code, with practical use of AI tools to enhance development productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities Develop frontend applications using Type Script and React / Next.js Build backend services and APIs using Node.js Design and implement RESTful APIs and manage full data lifecycles (CRUD) Work with relational databases, including schema design and data modeling Collaborate on system design and architecture Implement Authentication, Authorization, Roles, and Permissions Handle real-world integrations and data flow between systems Deploy and run applications on cloud platforms such as:AWSVercel Digital Ocean Configure environments, manage logs, and handle basic monitoring

AI-Assisted Development Use AI-powered tools to improve development efficiency, such as:Code assistants Debugging and refactoring tools API and logic generation (with proper validation) Ability to review, validate, and adapt AI-generated code to fit real business requirements
Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Java Script Solid experience with Type Script and React / Next.js Good understanding of Node.js backend development Experience designing and consuming REST APIsExperience with relational databases Strong understanding of business logic and workflows Ability to own and deliver a feature end-to-end (Frontend + Backend + API) Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with ERP systems or internal business platforms Experience with testing practices Familiarity with basic Dev Ops concepts and deployment workflows
