As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, playing a vital role in creating a positive first impression. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting smooth daily hospital operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Job Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Administration, Customer Service, or related field is preferred. • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or service environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, hospital systems preferred). • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. • Professional appearance and courteous attitude. • Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is preferred.
