Key Responsibilities:Manage on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to commissioning. Lead and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Review design and construction documents for compliance and constructability. Oversee quality control, inspections, and progress reporting. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project stakeholders. Support procurement, change management, and risk mitigation processes.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of construction management experience, preferably in data centers, mission-critical, or large industrial projects. Strong understanding of MEP systems, fit-out, and commissioning processes. Proven ability to manage contractors and maintain project controls. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification and Texas construction experience preferred.
