Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist, based in Al Qatif, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves engaging with aluminum fabricators, contractors, and project consultants to promote and sell aluminum accessories and profile systems. Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Delivering technical sales presentations and explaining product specifications, such as profile thickness, alloy grades (e.g., 6063/6061), surface finishes, thermal break features, hardware load capacity, and system compatibility. Providing tailored solutions based on project requirements for doors, windows, sliding systems, and façade applications. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and offering technical support, including product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting. Meeting sales targets, preparing quotations, and supporting tender submissions. Collaborating with internal departments—such as logistics, technical support, and procurement—to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
