Job Summary: We are looking for an Open Text Specialist to manage and customize our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems. You will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and development of Open Text solutions. Key Responsibilities:Administer and support Open Text Content Server and related modules. Design and implement Open Text workflows and document management solutions. Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Integrate Open Text with other enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users. Manage user access, security permissions, and compliance retention policies. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Proven experience with Open Text Content Suite Platform (x ECM). Knowledge of OScript, REST APIs, and database management.
