JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee and manage daily F&B operations, ensuring excellence in service quality, and adherence to Kerten Hospitality's brand standards.- Develop exceptional menus, source quality goods and implement continuous improvements.- Collaborate with the Commercial Division to plan and execute marketing, sales campaigns, and promotional events.- Analyze sales performance data to adjust strategies and optimize menu pricing, inventory, and staffing.

CONNECTION- Lead food and beverage team by allocating tasks effectively, considering business needs and staff availability.- Provide coaching and guidance to F&B team members for continuous improvement.- Foster positive relationships with guests, addressing their feedback and ensuring satisfaction.- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favourable terms and fostering partnerships.

INNOVATION- Identify opportunities for improvement in F&B operations, implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.- Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative concepts, seasonal promotions, and creative dining experiences.

CURATION- Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.- Engage with the local community through events and partnerships, promoting the establishment as a valued member.
LEADING THE WAY- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, setting the benchmark for best practices.- Establish, monitor, and analyze performance targets and KPIs, driving operational and financial success.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS- Proven managerial experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment.- Strong knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and MS Office Suite.- Fluent in English and Arabic.- Strategic, results-driven leader with a strong eye for detail and operational efficiency.- Deep knowledge of F&B trends, culinary best practices, and quality standards.- Ability to design menus that cater to different tastes, preferences, and dietary needs.
