Role Partner directly with the CEO to define, ship, and scale products for stablecoin issuance, liquidity management, and seamless conversion between digital and fiat assets—working cross-functionally with compliance, treasury, and engineering.
What You’ll Own• End-to-end product strategy for stablecoin & on/off-ramp solutions• Core features for institutional, remittance, and retail access• Integrations with banks, exchanges, IMTOs, and PSPs• Regulatory-grade design & settlement flows with compliance/treasury• Experimentation & continuous improvement via data-led insights• Hiring, mentoring, and scaling a world-class product team
Must-Haves• 6–10 years in product (fintech/payments/digital assets)• Hands-on with stablecoins, on/off ramps, or cross-border money movement• Deep understanding of liquidity, compliance, and settlement flows• Strong grasp of regulatory/risk in fiat-crypto ecosystems• Proven delivery in fast-paced, founder-led environments
Nice to Have• VASP/regulated exposure (VARA, FSRA, FCA, MAS, etc.)• Custody, wallets, tokenized assets experience• Partnerships with IMTOs, exchanges, or neobanks• Shipped/scaled fintech or crypto products in MENA or emerging markets• DeFi/Web3 infra or bank-grade fintech background
