About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant with proven expertise in implementing and supporting Success Factors modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR domain background, technical configuration skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end implementations while managing stakeholders and ensuring business alignment.
Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration: Lead at least two end-to-end Success Factors implementations, configuring modules, defining business rules, setting workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Blueprint & Workbooks: Prepare and validate Blueprints, gap analysis, and workbooks, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and business compliance. System Configuration: Configure organizational structures, job roles, permissions, workflows, and rules within Success Factors using MDF, XML, and administration tools. Data Migration: Manage data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities while ensuring integrity, privacy, and compliance. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test scripts, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure functional/technical requirements are met before go-live. Training & Support: Conduct end-user training, provide post-go-live support, and communicate system updates/features. Payroll & Time Management: Configure and support Payroll (Schema & PCR), Time-Off, and Time Tracking modules ensuring compliance and accuracy. Implementation Partner Liaison: Act as the focal point with implementation partners, validating deliverables, translating business needs, and ensuring solution quality. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, functional specifications, user manuals, and compliance documents.
Required Skills & Competencies Strong hands-on expertise across Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, Payroll, and Performance Management. Technical proficiency in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), MDF, XML, BTP and Success Factors APIs. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience with data migration, custom reporting, and integration activities. Clear understanding of Saudi HR localization and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience as a Success Factors Consultant (preferably in Saudi Arabia). At least two full-cycle Success Factors implementations. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Valid SAP Success Factors certifications (mandatory).
