Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Dhahran. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored event solutions. The role also involves collaborating with team members and providing guidance or training as needed while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications Saudi nationality is mandatory. Must be fluent and highly proficient in English (spoken and written). Previous experience in events, exhibitions, and sales is required. Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to understand client needs and maintain positive relationships Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve targets Ability to contribute to Training efforts and collaborate effectively with team members Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proven ability to work on-site in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Professional experience in event planning or sales is an advantage
