Job Purpose To execute safe, accurate, and compliant warehouse operations for medical devices — including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and returns — ensuring product integrity (lot/serial/expiry/UDI), FEFO discipline, on-time deliveries, and readiness for audits and tenders.
Scope & Key Outcomes Maintain warehouse operational accuracy ≥ 99%. Ensure zero compromise to product integrity (damage, wrong conditions, traceability gaps). Achieve dispatch SLA ≥ 95–98% on-time. Support sales, tenders, and customer commitments through reliable fulfillment. Maintain audit-ready warehouse records and layout.
Key Responsibilities:Receive inbound shipments, verify documentation and product traceability fields. Store products correctly using FEFO/FIFO, bin locations, temperature rules. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and within SLA. Manage inter-warehouse transfers and branch replenishment. Handle returns, warranty stock, and quarantined/non-conforming items per QA/RA rules. Maintain clean labeling, barcoding, and UDI/GS1 scanning discipline. Support cycle counts and annual stock takes. Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and equipment care. Prepare and stage tender/NUPCO/Etimad orders with full traceability. Ensure documentation completeness for Finance and Business Ops (GRNs, PODs, delivery notes).

Work Environment & Conditions Warehouse-based role with physical activity: lifting, carrying, walking, working at heights (racks). Must follow PPE, safe-lifting, fire safety, and equipment operating rules. For temperature-controlled items, must record and respect cold-chain SOPs. Occasional travel to branches or customer consignment sites.
Tools & Equipment ERP/WMS handheld scanners (barcode/UDI/GS1). Forklift / pallet jack / reach truck (if licensed). Packing tools, label printers, shrink wrap. Temperature loggers and cold-room monitoring (if applicable). Excel/Google Sheets for basic logs.
Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related.
Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse operations, preferably medical devices/pharma/regulated goods. Hands-on experience with lot/serial/expiry tracking and FEFO discipline. ERP/WMS exposure is required.
