· Onboarding:
- Manage the full onboarding process for new employees, from pre-boarding to the first few months of employment.
- Coordinate with various departments (IT, HR, etc.) to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding materials, including welcome packages, company information, and training schedules.
- Conduct new hire orientations, presenting company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Set up employee accounts and access to necessary systems and resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new employees, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
· Offboarding:
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a professional and compliant departure.
- Prepare and distribute offboarding documentation, including resignation acceptance letters, exit interview forms, and benefits information.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on employee experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (IT, Finance) to ensure the timely and accurate termination of employee access, benefits, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employee terminations.
- Maintain accurate records of all onboarding and offboarding activities.
· Process Improvement and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding and offboarding documentation and best practices.
- Identify and implement improvements to onboarding and offboarding procedures to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
· Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with new hires and departing employees.
- Act as a liaison between employees and internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
Skills
Mandatory:
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor law is preferred.

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
