Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and directing the sales team to achieve the company’s revenue and profitability goals by promoting and selling the company’s aesthetic and dermatological services. The role involves driving sales growth, building client relationships, and implementing strategies to increase market share in the skincare and dermatology field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze the market and identify potential clients' needs, aligning them with the company's services.
- Team Management:
- Lead, guide, and train the sales team on modern sales techniques and client communication.
- Set clear sales goals and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Monitor team performance and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide consultations related to aesthetic and dermatological services.
- Offer tailored sales strategies that meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Communication with Senior Management:
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and team outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Sales and Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales strategies.
- Represent the company at local and international events and trade shows.
- Customer Complaint Management:
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in aesthetic clinics or skincare.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Arabic, with English proficiency being an additional advantage.
