Quality Controller (After Sales)

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Conduct inspections and audits of vehicles and services to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  2. After the mechanic/ electrician has completed the work specified on the job card – road test all cars & complete quality control check.
  3. Prepare product reports and documentation.
  4. Screen and record all mission activities and analyze all processes to ensure the work is in keeping with high-quality requirements.
  5. To lead the workers to maintain safety precautions and thereby able to reduce the accident rate.
  6. Verify the documentation for the repair is correct and completed properly, check sheet, service book stamped etc.
  7. To monitor technician clocking and KPIs on daily basis. Liaise with technicians & Team leaders if the required quality has not been achieved.
  8. Studies specifications and determines dimensions and tolerances of piece to be machined, sequence of operations and tools, materials and machines required.
  9. Maintain necessary records of performance.
  10. Ensure quality of every product machined.
  11. Conduct monthly pit audit & reporting variations to the respective team members
