Job Summary

Collaborates with Managers & Employees in the assigned client group to determine and deliver impactful HR solutions to address business challenges.

Focuses on delivery aspects of programs, policies & processes across all HR areas such as performance management, career development, C&B, people relations and organization change interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Plans & Tactical Partnerships

    • Implement HR plans aligned with the HR Strategy for the assigned function/client group.
    • Collaborate with local Managers to ensure plan execution aligns with functional business goals, adjusting as needed.
    • Contribute to HR Projects and initiatives by offering local expertise, knowledge, and feedback.
  • HR Policy, Compliance, and Employee Relations

    • Offer guidance to managers and employees on various human resource policies, programs, and practices.
    • Develop communication plans for policies and policy changes as necessary.
    • Participate in broader HR Projects and initiatives.
    • Monitor compliance with practices and procedures, providing recommendations to Sr. HR and Managers for action.
    • Contribute to and prepare for Employee Relations groups like Joint Consultation, Employee Focus Group, Improvement Teams to foster positive relationships among Leaders, Managers, and Employees.
    • Act as a liaison between the line and HR for relevant HR activities such as Disciplinary, Grievance, Employee Welfare, Global Mobility, Maternity/Paternity, and other People-related Policies, guiding and supporting both Managers and Employees in line with relevant policies.
  • Workforce Planning

    • Collaborate with SWP to identify future workforce trends and needs, developing action plans to ensure capability.
    • Plan and facilitate internal and external recruitment needs based on business demand, ensuring alignment with HR guidelines.
    • Support line managers in forecasting and planning their recruitment needs in line with the function or business strategy.
  • Talent Acquisition

    • Lead various steps in the recruitment process, including resume reviews, interviews, and offer releases, to meet department targets and stakeholder requirements, such as Number of Shortlists and Offer Acceptance.
    • Conduct effective interviews using methods like STARS and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Data Analytics

    • Update and maintain HR data accurately and securely, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and business needs.
    • Prepare data for analysis and, when appropriate, analyze this data to identify trends and patterns, recommending improvement solutions.
    • Ensure the HR Information Architecture system is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Talent Development

    • Facilitate the Talent Review Process and coach managers to:
      • Follow the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, continuous feedback, performance calibration sessions, performance discussions, and development planning.
      • Develop a healthy differentiation profile that recognizes individual and business performance, in line with This Company Guidelines.
      • Proactively address underperformance by coaching managers to identify individuals who are underperforming and provide guidance in the Performance Improvement Process to enhance individual, team, and business performance.
    • Facilitate the annual salary planning process for the location, including training, communication, and guidance to managers.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of HR experience.
  • Extensive experience in the chemical and manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in successfully driving HR projects and initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Familiarity with HR tech platforms and tools.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and staying updated with HR trends and best practices.
