About Us:


Al-Rabwa International for Services and Trading is a medical company based in Doha, Qatar specializing in the supply of medical consumable, medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs. We are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.


Job Summary:


As a receptionist at Al-Rabwa International for Services and Trading, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will include managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients warmly, check them in, and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
  2. Phone and Email Handling: Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner. Take messages and forward them to the appropriate person.
  3. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  4. Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and handling mail and packages.
  5. Office Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies. Order supplies as needed and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
  6. Visitor Coordination: Provide guests with information about the company and its services. Assist with visitor inquiries and provide necessary documentation or instructions.
  7. Safety and Security: Ensure that all security protocols are followed, including issuing visitor badges and monitoring access to the building.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative staff and departments to support company operations and provide a seamless experience for clients and employees.


Qualifications:


  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  3. Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint
  4. Proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
