Administrative Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized administrative assistant to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of administrative tasks and be able to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Prepare and distribute documents
  • Order office supplies
  • Travel arrangements for the executive
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely
