Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Organization Design, and/or Change Management, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct organization assessments and identify potential problem areas through interviews, data collection, employee surveys, and benchmarks to define improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of Corporate Governance by distributing responsibilities, decision rights, policies, procedures, and ensuring accountability, fairness, and transparency. This includes developing Corporate Committees, Mandates, and Inter-Departmental Procedures.
- Optimize job design by arranging roles and responsibilities based on business processes and social/personal requirements, including reviewing and developing Job Descriptions and business process design.
- Design Organizational Structures by arranging jobs into hierarchies, balancing specialization and integration, and optimizing resource levels to achieve organizational goals.
- Assess the relative value of jobs using the Hay method for Job Evaluation and capture results in the company's job grading system.
Skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Organization Design, and/or Change Management, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- Oil & Gas Experience in Mandatory.
