Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and manage project schedules for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have not below 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and control, with a proven ability to optimize resources and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using planning software.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project baseline schedules, cash flow forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to integrate planning with execution strategies.
• Analyze project data and provide detailed reports on progress, performance, and potential risks.
• Conduct critical path analysis and recommend adjustments to project timelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and resolve planning issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and deliverables.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Not below 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Expertise in planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills (Arabic speaking is an advantage)
