Job Purpose:
The Organization Development Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing organizational development programs aimed at enhancing the company's workforce capabilities and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role focuses on driving change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and managing talent development initiatives. The Organization Development Manager works closely with senior leadership to build organizational structures, enhance team dynamics, and foster employee engagement through targeted development interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Organizational Design & Development:
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Conduct assessments of the organizational structure and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Oversee the design and implementation of change management programs to support the company's growth and transformation initiatives.
- Talent Development & Training:
- Develop and execute talent development strategies, including leadership programs, skill development, and career progression initiatives.
- Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps and create development plans that support future business needs.
- Implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Performance Management & Succession Planning:
- Lead performance management processes to ensure employee goals align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and create succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.
- Provide guidance on performance feedback, coaching, and development plans to managers.
- Utilize organizational metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive decision-making processes related to organizational development.
- Support the implementation of business changes, including mergers, restructuring, and shifts in organizational strategy.
- Design and execute communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP, or any other relevant certifications in organizational development or HR.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a similar HR field.
- Deep understanding of organizational design, change management, and talent development best practices.
- Experience in managing large-scale development programs and organizational initiatives.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development theories and models.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with senior management and employees at all levels.
- Proven leadership capabilities in driving organizational change and development initiatives.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across various organizational levels.
