JD for EPS (Technical Consultant)
Activities/Responsibilities
· Perform Major daily activities of endpoint security, meeting SLA and KPI
- Handling critical changes and Severity tickets
- Coordinating with the Vendors during outbreaks
- Incident investigation
- Problem management (Root cause analysis)
· Troubleshooting and resolution of Security incident
- Implement the approved change requests
- Upkeep and sustenance of the endpoint management servers
- Work with customer and support on ad hoc requests
- Complete the assigned task within the SLA
· Reviewing the service request with requester, Lead and Manager.
· Seek additional inputs during review to achieve 100% success rate in change implementation
· Service incidents, change request submitted around Customer global office.
· Execute hash, executable block/unblock requests as received from Cyber Security Services Team.
· Examine user request and allow execution of the authorized software
· Involve OEMs for false positive incidents and resolve within SLA
· Extend Affiliate firewall connections closure/opening on time to support business.
· Monitor IT Endpoint Security assets across globe to sustain 100% availability of security services.
· Ensure compliance by taking up with OSS and SE for missing control.
