Eram Talent is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Engineer specializing in Painting & Coating. As an independent Talent Acquisition company, E-Talent offers exceptional recruitment solutions across various sectors, including oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to promote our client's painting and coating solutions to prospective customers in Saudi Arabia.

If selected, the job location would be Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Asset Protection, Welding, Fabrication and Painting & Coating services
  • Identify potential clients in the construction industry, including architects, contractors, and consultants, and establish strong relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our Painting & Coating services
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized technical solutions that align with their needs
  • Prepare and submit accurate and competitive sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences and industry events to represent our company for Asset Protection, Painting & Coating services and network with potential clients
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and develop long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast sales targets and track performance against goals


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical
  • Minimum 5 years of KSA experience in the same field
  • Experienced professional specializing in Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical and construction (Offshore/Onshore) facilities with good knowledge and dealing experience
  • Proven track record of 4-6 years of experience in Saudi Market dealing with MNC, Saudi Aramco, SABIC and SWCC etc..
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information and build relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
