PROCURMENT MANAGER - FITOUT
UAE FITOUT & JOINERY EXPERIENCE 5-10YEARS MUST

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 4+ years UAE experience in procurement for Fit out & Joinery industry.
- Engineering degree or similar qualification with the ability to read drawings, understand the scope of the project and reassess Purchasing requirements.
- Must maintain a system to organise purchases and ensure material availability for the fitout and joinery teams.
- Must have well established contacts and relationships and a broad database of building materials, fit out and joinery suppliers and subcontractors in Dubai.
- Must have an established relationships with sub-contractors for Civil, HVAC, MEP and gypsum works.
- Must speak confidently and have strong skills in negotiating contracts and credit limits/ terms with suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Must assess and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities.
- Must ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts award process.
- Must constantly maintain and update database of suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Must be able to provide at least 3-5 quotations from potential suppliers and sub-contractors for comparison.
- Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements.
Required Skills
- Procurement Field: 5-10 years UAE experience in Fit out & Joinery industry (Required)
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills in English.
- Strong experience in vendor, supplier and subcontractor negotiations.
- Driving License Preferred
