The Gym Instructor will be responsible for guiding residents in the proper use of exercise equipment and conducting various fitness routines. This role involves monitoring residents' progress, delivering group classes, and ensuring a safe and clean gym environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment, and how to carry out various types of exercises and routines.
• Observe residents while exercising, and intervene when incorrect techniques are observed in order to assist in minimizing injury and improving fitness
• Monitor residents’ progress
• Deliver group exercise classes and fitness boot camps
• Administer emergency first aid if required
• Ensure the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards
• Report any missing equipment and breakdowns Maintenance Manager
• Monitor misuse of equipment
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the fitness and recreational facilities of the compound
• Assist the Recreation In-Charge Coordinator in the planning, preparation and coordination of various recreational activities
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the Company

Skills

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certification in fitness training or a related field is required.
• Experience: 1-3 years as a certified gym instructor or personal trainer.
