HR System Administration

Eram Talent is looking for an HR System Administrator to join our Client. . The HR System Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR software systems to ensure streamlined HR processes and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain HR information systems and related applications
  • Ensure data integrity and security across HR systems by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements that support HR operations
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR systems functionality and processes
  • Generate and analyze HR-related reports and data analytics to support decision-making
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing new functionalities, and implementation of new HR tools


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with HR systems and administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and compliance
  • Proficient with HR software applications payroll system, SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
