Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to OHS standards and ISO Safety Management System. Communicate OHS requirements effectively and develop/implement OHS policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Oversee site compliance, manage incidents, and investigate causes to recommend preventive measures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and lead OSH KPIs, evaluate safety programs, and prepare safety reports.


Skills

  • Training & Awareness: Conduct training programs, safety campaigns, and promote OSH performance.
  • Audits & Inspections: Perform internal audits, assist with external audits, and ensure compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate OSH policies, develop training programs, and participate in safety meetings and committees.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update safety risk management systems and project documentation.
