Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in bid management? Join our Next Generation For Training and Development team as a Bidding Officer and play a key role in our bid processes and business growth.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Manage the bidding process from opportunity identification to proposal submission.

- Develop and implement effective bid strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Coordinate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure comprehensive and high-quality bid responses.

- Oversee bidding budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely submissions.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities by monitoring tender portals.

- Maintain detailed and accurate bid documentation and support negotiation sessions.

- Track bid performance metrics and conduct post-bid analyses to enhance future bids.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in bid management with a successful track record.
  • Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Etimad Financial Platform and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in bid preparation
