  • Manage and monitor performance of engineering staff and contractors.
  • Plan practical deadlines to complete all relevant tasks at a reasonable rate and communicate the same with stakeholders.
  • Develop a sound plan to complete all tasks accurately and keep all concerned contractors in the loop.
  • Communicate safety regulations to the team members and contractors to create a safe work environment.

Skills

  • Ablility to understand building services including design principles, method statements, Inspection Test Plans, Risk Assessments, commissioning and handover requirements.
  • Minimum Bachelors-level education in Engineering.
  • Effective communication with the client on various technical parameters.
  • Well-versed in implementing industrial aspects like design, testing, commissioning, and handover.
