Employment: Full Time
To verify the incoming quality of spare parts as well as to recommend the stocking of spares, if those required, are not available.
- To replenish spare parts or stock item whenever it is running low.
- To assist Mgr/EE in the planning, scheduling spare all electrical & mechanical budgets.
- To ensure work orders are properly filled in, endorsed and returned by the technician.
- To maintain records of work done and repairs carried out.
- To ensure diesel stock are sufficient for operational needs all the time.
- Housekeeping at store and workshop.
- Ensure WOs and procedures in EAM are adhere to.
- Asset verification submission to HE/EM quarterly.
- Creation of the PR based on the approval by the management.
- Comply with store policy and procedure
