Managerial Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day management and supervision to section heads and direct reports and support them in achieving their operational objectives.
Supports in monitoring KPIs relevant to the area to control the performance against objectives and targets.
Ensures the policies and procedures are created, implemented and aligned to the corporate policies
Prioritizes and supports in allocating budgets and resources
Actively manage talent management programs in own department to maximize employee performance and development.
Functional Responsibilities
Contribute to setting the department’s operational plans and ensure the cascading of such to the to employees’ individual objectives.
Contribute implementation and contribute to continuous improvement of the department’s policies, procedures and processes in line with best practices and NWC’s strategy.
Provide input for the department’s budgeting process and manage the budget in own department.
Review third party provider (e.g. consultants, developers, planners) performance during the project master plan development and ensure that deliverables are aligned with company's strategic priorities
Drive the identification of legal risks and deviations in contracts and agreements and provide actions to improve its contents and avoid any issues.
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop NWC's capital investment plan through joint initiatives
Coordinate with other NWC departments to break the plans down to project level
Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Project Management.
Minimum Experience:
7+
