We are a dynamic company specializing in tourism, travel, and visa processing, including skilled visas. Our office in Jeddah is looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic women to join our team as Office Assistants. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients from around the globe in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Handle client interactions both in-person and over the phone. Provide exceptional service to clients from various countries.
- Communication: Proficiently communicate in English and Punjabi; Urdu and Hindi are additional assets.
- Documentation: Manage and maintain client documents and records accurately and confidentially.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales efforts and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Calls Handling: Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, providing necessary information and support.
- Event Participation: Contribute to and assist with special events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
Working Hours:
10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Punjabi is required. Additional languages such as Urdu and Hindi are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technology: Comfortable with standard office software and communication tools.
