Key Responsibilities:
1- Understand customer needs, offer solutions, support, and create good relations with the customers.
2- Keep updated customers information, names, telephone numbers, and address.
3- Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules and journey plans.
4- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
5- Recruit, hire, and train old and new sales representatives
6- Receive and report on all sales leads
7- Supervise sales representatives and assistants
8- Answer potential customer questions, follow-up call questions, and customer audits.
9- Work with sales team when closing sales
10- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics, as well as the carryovers and the return products.
11- Meet all sales quotas and goals
12- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
13- Achieve targets and growth by area, by salesman and by customers.
14- Increase the area coverage vertical and horizontal, work in zonal based on geographic.
15- Keeping up to date all herfy fixed (vehicles, furniture, baskets, etc.) assets and finished product inventory.
16- Keeping his loyalty to the company, to the brand, and keeping sensitive information of the company to other competitors.
17- Responsible for all finance (Cash Collections, credit collections and customer statements)
18- Follow the company policies, sales, operations, finance, and administration, and use standard formats in emails.

High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
