Overview:

Al Rawaf Contracting Company, a leading firm in the construction and contracting sector, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This pivotal role includes managing inventory, streamlining warehouse processes, and implementing SAP Material Management solutions specific to the contracting industry. We are looking for a professional who has a proven track record in enhancing warehouse operations through innovative technology and effective management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implement and maintain SAP Warehouse Management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to optimize efficiency and increase productivity while maintaining quality.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a smooth supply chain and timely project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management in the contracting or construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing SAP Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
