- Liaise with other departments to provide comprehensive support to clients
- Process and file paperwork, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Handle payment transactions and maintain financial records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
