Role Purpose
The Business Operations Specialist is a detail-oriented professional who supports the NIA management team in coordinating and executing various operational tasks within budget and timeline. This role involves managing co-source requirements, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and partners, and ensuring the delivery of operational plans on time.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 1 to 2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of internal audit processes and standards is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices. Proven ability to support and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

- Proven experience in project delivery and administrative tasks.
- Learning and development administration experience is highly desirable.
