We are Hiring a Qualified / Mid Level Human Resources Team Lead for One of our Ambitious, contracting services Client.


Job Location: Dammam


Requirements:

  • Masters/ Bachelors degree in Human Resource or Diploma / Certification
  • Minimum 5+ Years Experience in a HR Lead Role / HR Manager
  • Bilingual. Excellent English and Arabic Speaker.
  • Effective Communicator
  • Ability to Design, control, manage, implement policies and procedures of HR
  • Proactive, resourceful, attention to detail and a team player
  • Good Interpersonal Skills and professional Aptitude
  • Good Knowledge of Preparing HR presentations for Management


Job Role:

Leadership Skills who can handle staff and functions effectively.

Strong in Over all Human resource Functions

Key Focus:

Implement HR Management systems

Designing KPI's & K.R.A's for the employees.

Layout Plans for Employee - Learning and development Programs

Performance Management - appraisals & Rewards. ...

Manpower Planning

Talent Acquisition: Recruitment and selection. ...

Positive, Flexible, Articulate, Proactive personality with analytical skills

Well versed with Govt Websites, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, MOL and Represent company with third parties.

Government Relations, Labour Laws. Handling Local & Expatriates issues

Working Knowledge of Visas, Iqama's, insurance, Vacations, Settlements. Etc

Employee relations, Motivation, Retentions.

Team Player with healthy collaborations with each dept.

Industrial relations.

Employee participation and communication

Health and safety

Personal wellbeing
