- Participation in hardware/software rollout.
- Carry out in-depth technical research for the designated tasks and create detailed recommendation reports.
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs of IT hardware to deliver fully-functioning equipment.
- Contributing to the required maintenance activities of hardware components for aiding effective delivery of the same.
Skills
- At least 2-years’ hands-on experience in Technical Support fields.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional working knowledge of computer systems, including networks, servers, and system maintenance.
- Good understanding of computer equipment, including laptops, servers, printers, and routers.
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Kingdom where ARCC has project.
- Willing to Join Immediately.
The work requirement as follows.
- preventive maintenance (cleaning IT equipment (taking out IT equipment from end-users to the cleaning area in the project and returning it back to the user)),
- IT equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Backups of data prior to reconditioning of PC
- Data restoration
- Network cabling installation (pulling and terminating)
- Process putback of IT equipment (cleaning, checking, repairing, and arranging it to storage vans for future deployments)
- Process MDR for irreparable equipment
- Desktop support, which includes installation and troubleshooting of installed software and hardware, installation of computer units at end-users working area and assisting end-users with daily issues. Installation of printers and photocopiers.
