Role Purpose
The Head of Digital & Data Analytics of GRC Digital & Data Analytics has responsibility for an overall technology transformation and digitization of GRC and its underlying functions by building cutting edge platforms, tools and data analytics using advance technologies such as AI. The key objectives of this role are:
- Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent within GRC
- Set and implement digital strategy by working with GRC functions to map and transition manual processes to digital ones
- Championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down
- Leading the entire data analytics operations of GRC
- Collecting and analysing data to derive actionable insights from it that supports GRC various activities
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among GRC functions and stakeholders to help establish a robust digital ecosystem
- Measure performance for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that GRC is investing in the appropriate tools and resources
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Key Responsibilities
GRC Digital Tools & Integration
- Digital Transformation: Enable and support the digital transformation strategy tailored for the GRC function.
- Architecture Definition: Define the digital and technology architecture for GRC, ensuring seamless technology integration across domains.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with various GRC domains to understand and document their specific business and functional technology needs.
- Sourcing Strategy: Advise on the best technology sourcing strategy, deciding whether to build custom solutions in-house or purchase from external vendors.
- Coordination: Liaise with the NEOM technology department or external vendors to facilitate the development and implementation of GRC-specific digital tools e.g. e-GRC and Enablon
- Proof of Concept (POC): Develop and present POCs for potential digital tools to demonstrate their viability and potential value-add.
- Use Case Development: Design and document specific use cases that detail the practical applications
and benefits of the proposed digital solutions.
- Testing Participation: Actively participate in various testing stages of digital tools, ensuring their functionality meets GRC's requirements.
- Integration Oversight: Ensure smooth integration of new tools with existing systems, guaranteeing alignment with GRC's objectives.
- Continuous Collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that digital tools and strategies evolve in tandem with NEOM's GRC function's needs.
GRC Data Analytics
- Foundation Building: Construct the foundation and prepare essential tools for robust data analytics.
- Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with various domains to understand and address their data analytics needs and specifications.
- Data Preparation: Set up and maintain data lakes/sources, ensuring that data is collected, cleansed, and integrated appropriately for optimal analysis.
- Analytical Frameworks: Develop frameworks, tools, and templates that facilitate advanced analytics and reporting processes.
- Data Collection & Integration: Collect raw data from different domains, cleanse it, and integrate it to ensure it is ready for analysis.
- Insightful Analysis: Analyze the integrated data to extract actionable insights crucial for the GRC function, ensuring that findings align with GRC objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and present key performance indicators (KPIs) that shed light on the efficiency and effectiveness of the GRC function.
- Data Governance Collaboration: Work with the data governance & privacy department to guarantee that set standards are adhered to and data integrity is maintained.
- Continuous Updates: Periodically update and refine analytical tools, methodologies, and findings to ensure alignment with evolving GRC needs.

- Seven to Ten years of experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms
- Proven leadership of successful digital transformation projects

- Experience in managing and leading a digital team
- Proven skills for influencing and collaborating with coworkers
Skills
- Verbal / Writing - Excellent English communication skills.
- Relationship / Stakeholder Management - Ability to build effective, professional working relationships with stakeholders within and outside GRC to ensure work is completed and ability to anticipate issues and take proactive steps to avoid conflict and delays.
