Role Purpose
Assure and provide oversight of the reporting cycle and reports that are issued. Provide feedback on reporting quality and information contained within reports.
Implement the reporting management standards and ensure compliance. Coordinate evidence and responses to audits and independent assurance reviews. Maintain the overall reporting cycle and generate reports for issue to the board.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Accountable to PMO Executive Director
- Develop and execute a comprehensive automation and reporting strategy for NEOM THE LINE project.
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and reporting improvement and develop plans to implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets related to automation and reporting initiatives.
- Conduct research and stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices related to automation and reporting.
- Manage a team of automation and reporting professionals, providing direction and guidance to ensure team goals and objectives are met.
- Establish clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of NEOM THE LINE project operations.
- Implement reporting solutions that provide Executive Leadership and Stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable information.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and other visualisation tools to help stakeholders track and understand project performance.
- Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.
- Work with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to identify areas of opportunity for automation and reporting improvements.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure that automation and reporting solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Partner with external vendors and service providers as needed to deliver automation and reporting solutions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values diversity and inclusion.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure both the function and individual team members’ effectiveness.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 15 years relevant experience in managing complex projects
- Knowledgeable in industry – standard system and software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Where applicable, appropriate Industry Certification and/or experience
