We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist Applications for a Leading Digital Transformation Company.
Location Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a presales or solution consulting role, with a focus on application solutions.
• Deep technical expertise in application architecture, development frameworks, and integration technologies.
• Proven track record of leading successful presales engagements and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and position solutions accordingly.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute presales strategies that align with business objectives.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering expert guidance on how our application solutions can address their specific business needs and challenges. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and align solutions accordingly.
• Presales Leadership: Lead presales engagements from discovery to closure, effectively positioning our application solutions and differentiating them from competitors. Develop comprehensive strategies and action plans to drive successful outcomes.
• Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our application solutions. Tailor presentations to address the unique requirements and priorities of each prospect, effectively communicating value propositions.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to design customized solutions that meet customer requirements. Develop detailed proposals, including solution architectures, pricing models, and implementation plans.
• Proof of Concept (POC): Drive the development and execution of proof of concepts to validate the effectiveness of our application solutions in addressing customer challenges. Coordinate with internal teams and resources to ensure timely and successful POC delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical decision-makers. Understand their pain points and objectives and position our solutions as strategic enablers of business success.
• Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to application solutions. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to internal teams to enhance product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
About the Role:
As a Pre-sales Specialist specializing in applications, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic presales activities. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to engage with prospects, understand their business challenges, and articulate the value proposition of our application solutions.
