The role functionally reporting to a regional business engagement organization. You will be based in Dammam 2nd Industrial City in Siemens Energy<br/><br/>How you’ll make an impact? Assess business requirements with regards to the value proposition (return on investment and business cases) and decide about the implementation together with business. Lead and coordinate (via appointed Project Coordinator) IT Projects/change requests and supervises their delivery in quality, time, and budget. Talk independently with BU heads/value center heads/ CFO. Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of demands/changes requests and projects. Provide consultancy to the business for IT supported end-to-end business process optimization. Upon having a detailed insight into the IT portfolio and processes, the business analysis responsibilities will be ramped up. Travel up to 20% (domestic/international). You will get a chance to learn new business and domain. Opportunity to directly contact business and end-users. What you bring? 10+ years as a business analyst / Project management. Specialization in requirement analysis, management and communication, RCA, planning and monitoring, reporting, solution assessment and validation, documentation. Consistent record in finance and Supply chain domain.5+ years of exposure in project management (waterfall and agile), experience in initiating, planning and execution phases is a must. Good understanding and exposure of handling IT topics (Infra, application development, Business intelligence (BI)/ cloud/data analytics/ RPA/ cybersecurity). Sophisticated knowledge of MS tools esp. Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point. SPIRIDON / SAP knowledge is an advantage. PMP/ BA certification is a plus. The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities paired with the result and quality orientation. The candidate is self-determined, always looking into improved ways of doing business. Demonstrable ability to bring the benefits of finance to seek business issues while also handling cost. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills. Excellent command of English. Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations. Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups. Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour. Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
