Fulfillment Centers handle millions of items from tens of thousands of<br/><br/>vendors, and ships them across the globe each day. The successful<br/><br/>candidate will ‘know how things work’ in his/her areas of responsibility<br/><br/>and keep changes under control. You will build and operate<br/><br/>infrastructure environments and will provide critical input to ensure<br/><br/>that the platform is designed with operability in mind. You will make<br/><br/>sure that all work around infrastructure moves forward successfully. As<br/><br/>no two days are the same in Amazon you will thrive on changes and<br/><br/>embrace ambiguity.

– 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
– 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
– 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
– Bachelor’s degree<br/><br/>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
