ASSISTANT HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST

Summary
Assists in performing a variety of skilled administrative and technical/paraprofessional support activities to Human Capital (HC) staff and programs.<br/><br/>Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Assists with HC day to day operations, functions and duties.<br/><br/>2. Provides clerical/administrative support to HC and participates in the assigned activities.<br/><br/>3. Provides assistance and responds to inquiries and questions from employees, explains routine existing HCpolicies, procedures, and processes.<br/><br/>4. Assists with formal studies and projects related to HC practices.<br/><br/>5. Compiles and organizes information and data for review; conducts special reports or studies; and maintains documentation and files as requested.<br/><br/>6. Conducts and summarizes internal and external surveys to gather information for the development of HCpractices.<br/><br/>7. Provides support and analysis of employee records. Generates statistical summary reports. Researches and assists in recommending changes for new or modified systems, processes and forms.<br/><br/>8. Assists in assigned departments by providing statistics, HC metrics and other reports as requested.<br/><br/>9. Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.<br/><br/>10. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.<br/><br/>11. Performs other related duties as assigned.<br/><br/>Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or other related discipline is required.<br/><br/>Experience Required
Grade08:<br/><br/>One(1) year of related experience is required.<br/><br/>Grade09:<br/><br/>Three (3) years of related experience, includingtwo (2) years of (Grade 08) experience is required.<br/><br/>Other Requirements(Certificates)
