Role Purpose<br/><br/>Responsible about Transportation Department Products related issues
Job Accountabilities & Activities<br/><br/>Local Sales Organization:
To efficiently, and on timely manner place orders on Scania.
To ensure that ordered units are meeting specifications, prevent mistakes in specs, prevent delaying in shipment.
Ability to answer customers and sales team technical questions.
Actively and efficiently answer product related quarries.
To identify new segments with high potential.
Number of generated reports on competitor's product range and their sales and marketing activities.
To prepare tenders whenever needed actively and efficiently.
To comply our products features with legal regulation and avoid any non-compliance.
Generating required calculation report to profession ally support sales team.
To receive ordered trucks from supplier without mistakes in regard to original specifications.
To be able to utilize available tools from supplier- to support sales team.
To improve sales team product knowledge and to keep them updated with any development from the supplier.
Active participation to execute meetings, seminar s and local exhibition in a professional manner.
Liaise between sales and after sales department for smooth and efficient attendance to customer problems when they arise.
To handle all homologation issues with local auth critics.
Local Product Management in coordination with line-manager:
To handle online ordering and product follow-up efficiently and timely manner.
Generated reports on the newly developed customer demands.
To keep an eye opened on market trends and expected future transport development.
To be fully aware and 10 keep management update-d with the competitor’s movement in the market.
To maintain good contact with local authorities related to our industry to be fully aware of movements regarding legal issues
To be fully updated with sales tools introduced by suppliers.
To maintain high level of product knowledge to be able to train sales force whenever needed.
Liaise with local Body Builders:
To handle all superstructure issues with the body builders right from getting offers to delivery.
To efficiently support body builders with needed information to facilitate their jobs.
To successfully arrange and conduct such seminars to improve bodybuilders knowledge about our products
To receive defect free products.
Education & Certifications<br/><br/>Graduate in Engineering
Required Years of Experience<br/><br/>1 to 2 years of experience
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Office Automation products and their capabilities, such as Multifunction products (MFP’s), Point of Sales (POS), Barcode Printers (BCP’s), Large Format MFP’s, Managed Print Solutions (MPS)
