Senior Account Manager

Job Role:
Client Relationship Management:<br/><br/>Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Serves as the main point of contact for clients, understands their event objectives, and provides strategic guidance to meet their needs. Works closely with clients to identify their requirements, develops event concepts, and proposes suitable solutions.
Project Planning and Execution:<br/><br/>Oversees the planning and execution of events. Collaborates with internal teams such as event coordinators, production staff, creative teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Creates project timelines, manages budgets, and ensures all elements of the event are coordinated effectively, including logistics, catering, venue selection…etc.
Budget Management:<br/><br/>Responsible for financial management related to events. Works with clients to establish event budgets and provides cost estimates for various elements of the event. Throughout the planning process, monitors expenses, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring that the event stays within budget.
Team Coordination:<br/><br/>Acts as a liaison between the client and internal teams within the agency. Collaborates with event coordinators, designers, technical staff, and other team members to ensure the client's vision is effectively communicated and executed. Provides guidance, delegates tasks, and ensures all team members are working together cohesively.
Problem Solving and Crisis Management:<br/><br/>Responsible for identifying potential problems in advance, developing contingency plans, and resolving any issues that arise during the event. Must think quickly make decisions under pressure, and ensure the event runs smoothly.
Post-Event Evaluation and Client Feedback:<br/><br/>Conducts post-event evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the event, identifies areas for improvement, and gathers testimonials or references for future business development efforts.
Qualification:
Education:<br/><br/>A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
Experience:<br/><br/>4 to 6 years experience in a marketing services agency (PR, Advertising, Event Management, Brand Activation…etc.
Client Relationship Management:<br/><br/>Strong client management skills. The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service is crucial.
Communication and Negotiation:<br/><br/>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams.
Skills
Leadership and Team Management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and verbal.
Ability to create detailed presentations and reports using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Comfort facilitating client presentations and meetings.
Access to reliable personal transportation as the<br/><br/>office is located in North Abhor, Jeddah.
