JOB ROLE

Responsible of applying all company’s processes and service steps to make ZWZ customer enjoy a unique experience.
Supervising the work of the Front of the House (FOH) team and offering support when needed. Carries on Floor Manager duties during his absence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• You will manage the workflow and performance of the restaurant during designated shifts
• You will supervise and motivate staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to standards
• You will monitor inventory levels, order food and supplies as needed
• You will ensure that all customers have a satisfying dining experience
• You will assist in optimizing profits through effective resource management
• You will uphold compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• You will ensure that Human Resources policies and regulations are well applied in the outlet

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Diploma or Degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, 2 of them in supervisory position
• Advanced knowledge of the Restaurant Business (operational systems knowledge)
• Ability to understand and apply principals of all Food & Beverage metrics of measurement. (food costs)
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
• Knowledge in Food Safety standards
• Computer skills
