  • Answering inbound calls of applicants/Customers.
  • Call resolution by giving correct and timely information.
  • Communicating with the customers politely and helpfully over the phone.
  • Constantly updating myself on product/process knowledge
  • Promoting/upselling Value Added Services as per the set targets.
  • Achieving monthly targets by up-selling of services.

Skills

  • Working experience in products/services upselling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Experience in sales/customer service for at least a year.
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Should be a team player
  • Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
